Shipping and Returns are available on all orders in the European Union.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order.

DELIVERY TERMS

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 4 days.

DISPATCH TIME

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day of payment of order.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Your order is being processed in our fully automated warehouse. Therefore, as well as for reasons of safety, no changes can be made to the address once the order is placed. However, if you have any questions regarding your billing or shipping address please contact our customer service.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

To track your order, please add your order number and the email address used when placing your order. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, we will send a delivery confirmation by email with tracking number / package ID. By clicking the tracking link in the delivery confirmation, you will be directed to the tracking page where you will be able to track your parcel.

DO I NEED TO PAY CUSTOM FEES?

We ship from the EU, therefore taxes and fees may apply if you place an order for products listed in the EU from the US. We always recommend checking with the local customs office for more information.

If you order from EU stock, the VAT is not included in our product prices. Instead, you pay VAT when you pick up your package.

CAN I PURCHASE TAX FREE?

We do not offer Tax Free products.

Close the lid securely when not in use to keep your stationery items organized and protected. When traveling, consider carrying the tin box in a safe and secure manner to prevent any damage to its contents.
